本研究では,健常児の慢性疾患を持つ子どもに対する知識・共感性を向上させることを目的とし,以下の成果を得た。1慢性疾患を持つ子どもの在籍しないクラスで授業を行い,知識・共感性の向上が認められた。2慢性疾患を持つ子どもに対して,自らが疾患理解し,説明できる力を獲得するためにデジタルコンテンツを活用した説明を行い,その効果と課題を把握した。3慢性疾患を持つ子どもが在籍するクラスで慢性疾患を持つ子どもの説明を行った特別支援学校の教師にインタビュー調査を行い,現状と課題を把握した。|This research was conducted with the objective of increasing sympathy toward children with chronic illnesses and for gaining knowledge about these children. (1) A study was conducted on children with chronic illnesses in classes where these children were not able to attend regular lessons. This study enhanced knowledge and insight into the needs of these children. (2) Digital content was devised for instructional purposes in order to allow children to gain knowledge about their own condition and to increase their ability to explain their ailments. Furthermore, it was subsequently examined for effectiveness. (3) Through investigative interviews with instructors at a special assistance school for students with chronic illnesses, knowledge regarding chronic illnesses was given to the children. In addition, the current status of educating students with chronic illness and issues surrounding their education were explained.
