Note (General): コーンビームCT(CBCT)画像の画素濃度を、多列検出器CT(MDCT)で撮影した画像のCT値に基づいて評価した。試験チューブをファントムの中央に単独で置いた場合、画素濃度、CT値ともに造影剤濃度に対して線形相関があった。しかし、CBCT画像の画素濃度とMDCT画像のCT値は一致しなかった。中央の試験チューブ周囲に濃度1〜20%の造影剤が入ったチューブ5本を歯列に見立てて置いた場合、MDCT画像ではCT値に影響を受けなかったが、CBCTでは画素濃度が低くなる場合があった。また、造影剤濃度が高くなるにつれて画素濃度はわずかに低下した。頸椎を視野の外側になるようにファントムの側へ置いた場合、MDCT画像ではCT値に影響を受けなかったが、CBCT画像では頸椎を置かなかった場合に比べて画素濃度が低下することがあった。各CBCTのデータグラフは、MDCTのCT値が500〜1300の間で特に高い線形相関がみられた。
