- １ 概要 中央教育審議会初等中等教育分科会教育課程部会報告「児童生徒の学習評価の在り方について」（平成２２年３月２４日）においては，「各学校における学習評価の円滑な実施のための国や都道府県教育委員会等の取組として，評価規準，評価方法等について参考となる資料を示すとともに，具体的な事例の収集・提示等を行っていくことが重要である」と示されており，国による支援が求められている。このため，評価規準の作成についての参考資料を作成し，学校や設置者における創意工夫を一層生かした学習評価の推進に資するものである。２ 本資料の構成 及び主な内容 （１）学習評価の基本的な考え方をまとめた総説 新しい学習指導要領の趣旨を反映した学習評価の基本的な考え方，観点別学習状況の評価を行うための評価規準の設定，各学校における学習評価の進め方及び留意点等について概説。 （２）評価規準に盛り込むべき事項及び評価規準の設定例 学校や設置者が各教科の観点別学習状況の評価を行うために評価規準を設定するにあたって参考となるよう，新しい学習指導要領及びその解説等をもとに作成した評価規準の設定例等を掲載。 （３）評価に関する事例 ４事例を掲載し，「単元（題材）の目標」，「単元（題材）の評価規準」，「指導と評価の計画」，「観点別評価の進め方」，「観点別評価の総括」などについて記述し，単元の評価規準の設定から総括までの一連の流れが分かるようにしいている。 また，課題を感じている教師が多い，「思考・判断・表現」や「関心・意欲・態度」を取り上げた評価の事例も掲載。
