- 国立教育政策研究所のプロジェクト研究｢教育課程の編成に関する基礎的研究｣（平成21～25年度）は、社会の変化の主な動向等に着目しつつ今後求められる資質・能力を効果的に育成する観点から、研究開発学校等の事例の分析や国際調査等を通じて、将来の教育課程の基本原理等を構想することにより、今後の編成に寄与する選択肢や基礎的な資料を得ることなどをねらいとしている。この報告書は，国際研究班の平成24年度における研究成果をまとめたものである。今後の教育課程の基本原理を検討するに当たって参考となる諸外国の教育課程の基準の動向については，これまでも報告書１「諸外国における教育課程の基準と学習評価」(平成21年度），報告書２「教育課程の諸外国における教育課程の基準」（平成22年度）において把握を行ってきた。その後も，継続的に調査研究を行ってきた中で，近年，一部の国において，大きな変化が報告されており，本年度，再度，まとめることが必要となった。まとめにあたっては，報告書２の調査項目を用いることとした。今回の報告書では，調査対象国として韓国を加えるとともに近年の変化を明らかにし，各国の最新の情報を収集することとした。なお，本年度の研究は、昨年の研究結果を踏まえ、下記に示す調査項目の枠組みに沿って、各国担当の委員を中心に調査研究を実施した。１ 教育課程の基準の概要２ 基準の改訂と普及について３ 教育課程の評価の方法４ 児童生徒の学習の評価５ その他
