- 調査研究として平成19～21年度の3年計画で実施された「都市の教育政策と教育行政の在り方に関する調査研究」（以下、「調査研究」）の一環として作成されたものである。本報告書に掲載する資料は昭和45(1970)年より平成20(2008)年までの政令指定都市教育委員会事務局組織および平成10（1998）年より平成20（2008）年までの中核市教育委員会事務局組織の部・課を一覧にしたものである。表に記載したものは全て『全国教育委員会一覧』各年版より作成した。
