- 【報告書構成】報告書（I）の別冊として、小・中・高等学校調査の１）調査の概要、２）調査結果の概要、３）小・中・高等学校での調査についての(1)性別クロス集計表、(2)自由記述一覧、(3)質問紙を学校種別に収録した資料集である。【調査概要】調査は、香川県観音寺市、飯山町、並びに千葉県白井市教育委員会の協力を得て、地域にある全小・中・高等学校を対象に、小学校20校の小学校5年生1，176名、中学校9校の中学校2年生1，040名、高等学校4校の高等学校2年生1，161名について、平成15年11月中旬から12月末までの間に、各学校の教室において、学級担任教諭の監督・指導のもとで実施された。質問項目は、１）家族構成、２）将来就きたい職業、その職業に就きたい思った時期、その仕事内容の情報源、仕事に就く可能性、仕事に就けなかった場合の対応、３）将来の進学希望（教育段階）、４）進学動機、５）仕事への適性認知度、６）職業観、７）就労（仕事）観、８）収入が得られる理由、９）不就労観（仕事をしていない人がいる理由）、10)好きなこと、11）得意教科、12）学校の勉強以外に勉強したいもの、13)帰属意識（家庭、学校、地域）、14)習い事、15)自己認知、16)子どもの意識と親の意識、17)家族の生き方の肯定度、18)家族との会話（将来の仕事や生活）、19)金銭感覚、20)女性のライフコース、から構成されている。
