- 私たちは，平成14年度に，文部科学省科学研究費補助金・特定領域研究『新世紀型理数系教育の展開研究』において，「算数・数学教育の内容とその配列に関する基礎的・実証的研究」を行いました。この研究は，算数・数学教育の内容とその配列を，数学の価値や系統性，社会の数学に対する必要性，児童・生徒の算数・数学の理解度，という3つの大きな要因をもとに考えようとするものであり，本年度は，このうち，児童・生徒の算数・数学の理解度に焦点を当てたものです。そこで，児童・生徒の算数・数学の理解度を，算数・数学の教育課程との対比で分析することにしました。児童・生徒の算数・数学の理解度については，戦後，文部科学省（旧文部省），国立教育政策研究所（旧国立教育研究所）が実施してきた学力調査や教育課程実施状況調査等の膨大なデータを集計し，分析しました。この報告書は，I，IIの2分冊になっており，次の分析結果が掲載されております。I:数と計算・数と式，図形II：割合・関数，量と測定・確率・統計，数学的活動・数学的方法，関数の考えまた，本研究の一環として実施しました都道府県・政令指定都市の教育委員会指導主事対象の調査については，その分析結果を「算数・数学教育に関する都道府県・政令指定都市の指導主事の意見」として，IIに掲載しております11308006
