- ｢現職研修経年変化｣プロジェクトチームは、文部科学省科学研究費の補助を受けて、平成12年度から3年間の継続研究として｢現職教員研修機関における科学･技術系科目の研修に関す経年変化研究(基盤研究(C)(2)課題番号12680195、研究代表者:小林幸乃)を行った。第15期中央教育審議会第一次答申では、教員の指導力の向上、研修機会の整備等の重要性が強調されている。しかし、現実には理科の教員研修の機会が減少し、各都道府県教育センター等における理科の教員研修講座が縮小されつつあると指摘された。また、理科の授業時間の削減とそれに伴う｢理科の観察･実験時間の減少｣などに加え、｢小学校教員の理科離れ｣｢理科担当教員の体験不足｣などが指摘された。そこで、わが国の理科教育を充実させるための理科教員の研修および教材開発、指導法の向上に多大な貢献を残した理科教育センターにおける現職教員研修の変遷を、具体的なデータを収集、整理、分析を行うことより、研究を進めた。本中間報告書では、収集した資料のうち平成元年度以降のものについて、物理部会、化学部会、生物部会、地学部会、初等理科部会、所長部会の実施要項および聴取事項の内容を年度別に整理した。また研究を補うものとして、研修講座の現状と課題を明らかにするために、各都道府県･政令指定都市教育センター等の理科担当者にご協力を頂きアンケートを実施し、一次集計結果を掲載した。12680195
