- 本研究は、アメリカの中等教育を中心に学校教育課程(スクーリング)と学校外の学習経験や教育資源とを総合的に捉らえ、学校と企業とが連携組織を組むことによって、どのように教育資源や生徒の学習経験を豊かにし、とくに職業教育の分野において中等教育そのものを構造改革できるかを総合的に考察することをねらいとしている。このような認識に立って本研究は、連携に関する理論と政策、沿革と背景、組織と特徴、その評価と問題点等の基礎研究を行った。その具体的な研究自的を要約すると次のようになる。a)理論と政策:学校と企業との連携を成り立たせる理念に導いた共通の問題意識・関心や利害関係、それらに対する中央。地方政府の教育政策・指針と対応策、b)沿革と背景:上記の時代的な背景の下に、ここの学校と企業との連携を生み出した起源を探り、それを発展・普及させ、あるいは衰退・消滅させた経緯・原因等の究明、c)組織と特徴:連携を構成するパートナーの組織構成とパートナーの特定の役割と責任、連携が対象とする活動の内容と焦点、活動を推進する指導力とそれを支える資金源、d)評価と問題点:個々の連携の活動によって共通の問題意識。関心や利害関係が、どの程度充足され、成果があったかを評価し、問題点にっいて広く検討する。本研究は、研究目的に即して研究代表者によって平成7年度～ 平成8年度の2力年に亙り実施され、その成果をこの研究成果報告書としてまとめて見た。報告書は、研究論文の部と資料の部の2部構成となっている。07610301
