- この研究は平成21年度科学研究費補助金基盤研究Ｂ「キー・コンピテンシーに基づく学習指導法のモデル開発に関する研究?思考力・判断力・表現力の育成と「言語活動の充実」を図る学習指導?」（課題番号:19330208、研究代表：下田好行、国立教育政策研究所）の研究成果最終報告書である。この報告書は平成19年度から21年度までの3カ年にわたる研究の最終報告である。この研究では、思考力・判断力・表現力の育成と「言語活動の充実」を図る学習指導法の枠組みを開発する。また、実際に教材開発と授業実践をモデル的に行う。このことを通して学校現場の参考に資する情報を提供できればと考えたものである。19330208
