早生で大粒、極良食味の水稲多収品種中食・外食を始めとする様々な用途に適している新品種「つきあかり」の栽培マニュアルを紹介します。早生で大粒で炊きたてはもちろん、保温してもおいしさに優れたお米です。本マニュアルは、農水省委託プロジェクト「広域・大規模生産に対応する業務・加工用作物品種の開発」の「実需者等のニーズに応じた超多収良食味業務用及び超多収加工用水稲品種等の研発」（平成26年～平成30年）等で得られた成果および既存の研究成果、知見をもとにまとめられたものです。なお、収量や品質などは地域の土壌や気象条件によって変動しますので、実際の栽培にあたっては本マニュアルの内容を地域に合った形に調整してください。掲載データは、各種講習会等でご自由に使っていただいて構いません。その際、出典として『農研機構「つきあかり」栽培マニュアル』を明記していただくようお願い致します。
