Note (General): 本研究では，ますます高度な技術が求められるようになっているものの，そのための学習環境が不十分な状態になりうる教員として，初任期の教員の学習機会に着目し，そのための研修を開発し，あり方を追求してきた．研修を開発するにあたって懸念事項となる，３つの制約，すなわち「経験の制約」「専門内容の制約」「時間の制約」を考慮しながら実践してきた結果，教員同士が日常的に専門を超えて協力しながら，授業設計に関するメンタルモデルを更新させるための学習用具や環境を用意することで，教員の経験年数が短く，専門領域が異なっていても限られた時間内に学び合うことができることがわかった．
