Note (General): 調査区全域で縄文時代後期中葉～晩期中葉の遺構を確認した。調査区北西に広がるSX01は、調査区付近が水源とみられる谷地形を利用している。出土した縄文土器はほとんど接合できないため、壊して廃棄したと考えられる。出土遺物の中には土偶や石刀、赤彩された土器など、祭祀関係の遺物があり、水に関する祭杷が行われた後、土器は縄文時代後期中葉～晩期中葉を通じて壊して廃棄された遺物と推定される。 SK05付近から出土したイノシシ形獣面突起は、左面から見たイノシシの顔を写実的に表現する。縄文時代晩期のイノシシの動物意匠としては、県内初の出土例になる。イノシシに関する遺物は、祭祀に関係する遺構からの出土が多く、SK05は祭祀関係の遺構である可能性がある。また、出土遺跡が偏ることから、イノシシの動物意匠が出土した遺跡は、特殊な性格の集落の可能性がある。調査区内には、被熱を受けた礫が多量に見られることから、竪穴建物の炉石と考えられ、調査区の山側周辺に集落が広がる可能性が高い。
