Note (General): 第180次調査は平安時代斎宮の方格地割でいう「下園東区画」北西部にあたる。掘立柱建物では「下園東区画」で規則的に配置された建物群のうち１棟を確認したのをはじめ、平安時代前期から後期にかけての建物10棟を確認した。第181次調査は方格地割北側に位置する「楽殿地区」にあたる。方格地割北辺道路北側溝を踏襲する溝を確認したほか、奈良時代後期の竪穴住居や室町時代の区画溝を確認した。
