Note (General): 上組遺跡は、奈良時代と鎌倉遺跡を中心とする遺跡である。今回の調査区は、奈良時代には遺構が少なく集落の縁辺部と見られるが、鎌倉時代には多数の溝跡や井戸跡が検出されたことから、屋敷地が広がっていたと想定される。また、出土遺物では、鎌倉時代の京都系かわらけや貿易陶磁器が多数出土し、一般的な集落との差異がうかがえる資料である。さらに今回の調査により、蒲御厨内で京都系かわらけを受容していたことが明らかになったことは、浜松市域の中世史を考える上でも重要な成果と言える。
