Note (General)：: 新台遺跡の東に篠本城跡の主郭があり、その副郭的な位置を示し、台地全体に中世の遺構が検出された。また古いほうではこの地域では珍しく縄文前期浮島期の住居跡が検出され、奈良・平安時代では瓦塔や寺銘墨書土器が出土し、寺跡があった可能性を示した。
