Note (General): 【寺島遺跡第３次調査】調査地点は、寺島遺跡の集落域が展開する丘陵部の裾に位置する。遺構面は、灰色粘土粒を含むいわゆる八女粘土の再堆積層で、標高は13.8ｍをはかり、寺島遺跡集落域からは約３ｍ低く、白水川を挟んで隣接する笠抜遺跡３次調査の遺構面とほぼ同一である。検出した遺構には、近世～近代の耕作遺跡のほかに、12世紀代に埋没を開始した水路SD01および水口、弥生時代中期後半～後期の性格不明遺構SX12などがある。笠抜遺跡１次・３次調査をふまえると、SD01・SX12はともに生産関係遺構と考えられ、とくに、SD01は寺島遺跡西側の水田域に旧白水川の水を供給する役割を果たしていたと推測される。【比恵遺跡群第86次調査】比恵遺跡が立地する丘陵の東側部分に位置し、現標高６ｍ、遺構面標高4.5ｍをはかる。遺構面は造成土・旧耕作土の下層で検出した。調査区西側では遺構面上に水成の黒色土が堆積し、包含層を形成しており、弥生時代の痕跡は本調査区では確認できなかった。【弥永原遺跡第10次調査】遺構が立地する丘陵支丘の裾を巡る、古墳時代前期～奈良時代の重なり合った溝を多数検出。
