Note (General): 百々目木C遺跡第4次：調査区南西部からは縄文時代早期の遺物が出土し、炉穴2基が検出された。調査区南西部以外からは土坑1基が検出されたのみで、遺物はほとんど出土しないことから、台地縁辺部を中心に、遺構・遺物が分布していることが判明した。鼻欠遺跡・鼻欠古墳群第3・4次：鼻欠1号墳は円墳であることが明らかとなった。1号墳の周溝は調査区南側から北側に向かってスロープ状に立ち上がる。周溝からは、土師器片が出土した。中六遺跡第23次：土坑4基と道路状遺構2条が検出された。道路状遺構のうち1条は第1次調査で検出された道路状遺構の延長部と推測される。宝永の火山灰の堆積を確認したことから、近世以前の遺構とみられる。兎谷台遺跡：縄文時代早期の土器を伴う土坑が1基検出された。舌状台地の縁辺部まで遺跡が広がっていることが明らかとなった。宮ノ越貝塚：宮ノ越貝塚における初めての発掘調査である。調査範囲北部において、縄文時代中～後期の貝層が良好に遺存しており、馬蹄形貝塚の南限に相当することが明らかになった。貝層サンプル採取箇所から、上層に後期中葉加曽利B式期の貝層、下層に中期中葉加曽利EⅡ～後期前葉堀之内式期の貝層が堆積していることが判明したが、中期後葉の出土土器量が少ないことから、中期中葉～後期中葉にかけて継続的に形成されたものかは不明である。調査区南部は近世以降と思われる造成や耕作の影響を受けているが、弥生時代後期～奈良・平安時代にかけての遺構が密に分布していることが明らかとなった。
