Note (General): 五畝田Ｂ遺跡は、大甕丘陵から北東方向へ延びる段丘上に位置する遺跡である。今回の県道付替えに伴う発掘調査では、古墳時代後期の竪穴住居跡と弥生・古墳後期・奈良・平安時代の遺物包含層を確認した。住居跡の床面からは、栗囲式の土師器が一括して出土している。また、カマドの両袖周辺からは、土製模造鏡や手捏ね土器が出土しており、カマドの廃絶時に関わる祭祀が行われていたと考えられる。
