大谷上ノ原遺跡は、福島県浜通り地方を代表する旧石器時代遺跡で、楢葉町でも最大規模の遺跡の一つである。木戸川を望む段丘面上に位置し、常磐自動車道建設に関連する調査が過去５回にわたり実施された。これまで、本遺跡では旧石器時代より縄文時代、平安時代、中世以降に属する遺構・遺物が検出されている。今回、６次調...
