Note (General): ・宝直館跡から検出された塚状遺構と溝跡は、霊山や蔵王連峰を対象とした信仰遺構の可能性が高い。・行合道Ｂ遺跡・熊屋敷Ｂ遺跡・姥ヶ岩遺跡から検出された木炭窯跡は、円形を呈する点で共通する。こうした木炭窯跡は、これまで近代以降の所産と考えられてきたが、行合道Ｂ遺跡の成果から中世までさかのぼる可能性が指摘された。古代の木炭窯と近世・近代のそれをつなぐ資料といえ、県内の製炭史を考える上で重要な成果といえる。・熊屋敷Ｂ遺跡と川向遺跡は石田川流域に形成された縄文時代の小規模な集落跡である。晩期後半の土器が主体を占めており、土器の様相が出土地点で少しずつ異なっていることが指摘された。
