Note (General): 今回の調査では調査区東側で溝を検出した。古墳時代前期～奈良時代頃のものと考えられるが、何度も掘りなおされていることが分かった。同様の溝は既往の調査でも検出しており、これを追認する成果となった。　平安時代～中世では複数の耕作面を検出した。周辺の調査成果より耕作地は条里に規制されたいわゆる条里型水田と考えられ、東西方向に長い地割が11世紀ごろより踏襲されていることが分かった。　また、坪境畦畔を検出し、12世紀以降、坪境が東に移動していることが指摘できた。　その他、耕作土中から「中家」と墨書された須恵器杯身や漆付着土器、製塩土器、軒丸瓦などが出土しており、古代には周辺に寺院や官衙などが存在していた可能性が更に高まったといえる。
