Note (General): 弥生時代前期の遺構面において水田跡を検出した。溝を伴う畝状の大畦を敷設し、その間を細かく小畦畔で区切って作られた小区画水田である。小尾根状部の傾斜を利用して、階段状に整形されていた。水田耕土からは弥生土器のほか、石庖丁や石槍（石剣）が出土した。　古墳時代前期の遺構面において、集落の一部を確認した。集落を限る溝や土坑、土器だまり等の遺構を検出した。出土遺物量からは一定規模以上の居住人口があったことを想像できる。　古代末～中世の各遺構面において水田遺構を検出し、その変遷を捉えた。大溝や大畔、井戸、島畠状の高まり等の遺構の残存により、古代末期以降、当地が生産域として利用されたことを確認した。
