Note (General): 府道付け替えに伴い調査を実施した。『久宝寺遺跡・竜華地区発掘調査報告書Ⅰ』で報告した調査地の東側に隣接する。　久宝寺遺跡は低湿地に立地しており、現地表面から約５～６ｍ掘削して第１～９遺構面を検出した。しかし最下層から第７遺構面に至るまでは、調査区内で人為的な痕跡を確認することが出来なかった。ところが第６遺構面は古墳時代中期の埋没河川の河床であり、以前の調査で検出した堰の続きを確認した。この河川は複数回にわたる洪水砂によって埋積する。こののち調査地は安定した微高地となり、掘立柱建物１棟を検出した。この上面では、鎌倉時代までは遡る道路状遺構や島畑などが見つかった。
