Note (General): [広沖遺跡要約] 縄文時代の竪穴住居跡は前期末以降と後晩期各1棟。46基検出されているピットは調査区南半に集中し、形状はビーカー状・フラスコ状が主体。中掫浮石層が覆っているものが一部にあり前期以前と推定される。陥し穴状遺構7基の内5基が溝状で縄文時代と推定されている。縄文土器は早期中葉・早期末〜前期初頭・後期前半・晩期などが出土している。量は早期後半と後期前半が多い。ほかに縄文時代の遺物としては円盤状土製品・スプーン状土製品、石錘を含む石器などが出土している。平安時代の竪穴住居跡は4棟検出されている。いずれの竪穴にも十和田aと思われる灰白色火山灰が埋土中に混入している。平安時代の遺物はロクロ不使用の甕などの土師器などが出土している。その中に床面から砂鉄や鉄滓の付着した坏の底部が含まれる。平安時代のピット4基には灰白色火山灰が混入する。陥し穴状遺構の内長方形の2基は灰白色火山灰から平安時代以前と推定される。
