Note (General): [長者屋敷遺跡要約] 長者屋敷遺跡は前森山東緩斜面下にある工藤の平崖線から東に延びる丘陵上と丘陵縁辺に付着する小規模な低位段丘面上及び沖積古期面上に載る。1978・1979年の2箇年にわたって調査が行われ本報告は1979年調査の遺構分の報告である。縄文時代の竪穴住居は多くが前期・中期のもので他の時期はほとんどない。複数の重複関係にあるものも多い。巨岩塊群は自然のものであるが湧泉があり、そこに人為的に遺物が埋納されていたと考えられる場所である。
