Note (General): [下陰遺跡要約] 　発掘調査は平成13・14・17・18年度に実施されている（平成18年度分1,530\0については『下陰遺跡\0』として刊行済み）。今回は平成13・14・17年度分の報告である（総面積41,183\0）。\0区と\0区北側では方形建物跡や区画溝・橋脚・道路跡を検出でき遺跡の中心地区と考えられる。\0区北東部から\0-1区でも多数の土坑群や区画溝が確認されているがこのエリアの溝跡は深く大きい溝で地割りを行う特徴がある。\0区南西部・\0区でも別の区画溝が存在するが、これは八木岡城跡に伴う外郭施設の可能性が考えられる。出土遺物では中世陶磁器の出土比率が高い点が特徴である。
