Note (General): [太田・黒田遺跡要約] 今回の調査地は、太田・黒田遺跡の弥生時代前期末から中期後葉の集落内部に位置し、検出された遺構として中期の土器及び石器などの生活道具が大量に出土したことから、調査地周辺が中期段階における集落中心部の一部である可能性が高い。特に掘立柱建物は、柱穴掘形の形状が長楕円を呈する特徴的なもので、その形態は滋賀県伊勢遺跡で検出された建物との共通性が感じられる。またこの建物の周辺において検出された竪穴建物は、出土遺物の時期的な検討からすべての建物ではないものの、同時期に併存していたものと考えられる。また、中期後葉の土坑から鹿を描写した絵画土器が出土した他、大型土坑（ＳＸ−７）からは、中期の大量の土器や石器とともに貝殻、加工痕のある鹿角、動物遺体、種実、炭化米など、当時の生活道具や食生活を復元するうえで重要な遺物が出土した。さらに、太田・黒田遺跡では集落が衰退する時期の遺物として少量ではあるものの後期中葉の土器や石器が出土している。古墳時代では、後期のものとして北西から南東方向に掘削された溝群を検出した他、飛鳥時代では、井戸枠が「横板組相欠き仕口型」を呈する遺存状態がきわめて良い井戸から耳環が出土した。鎌倉時代では井戸の他、楕円形に少なくとも３重にめぐられされた区画溝が検出した。
