Note (General): [開明遺跡・尾尻遺跡要約] 　開明遺跡は標高20ｍ前後の丘陵上に立地する、弥生時代中期から古墳時代の前期を主体とする集落跡である。竪穴建物跡16棟のほか掘立柱建物跡、溝、土器棺墓、土坑などが検出された。竪穴建物跡のうち、13棟は平面形が方形で他は円形である。出土した弥生土器には瀬戸内海沿岸や九州、山陰などの特徴をもつものがある。その他の出土遺物として、舟を描いたと考えられる絵画土器や分銅形土製品、遺物包含層から19個体がまとまった状態で出土したミニチュア土器などがある。　尾尻遺跡は丘陵下部の標高13ｍ前後の沖積平野に立地する古代の官衙跡である。竪穴建物跡や掘立柱建物跡、溝、土坑などが検出された。県内遺跡からは初の出土例となる古代の銅印をはじめ、緑釉陶器、灰釉陶器、青磁、白磁、土錘などが出土した。
