Note (General): [上ノ町遺跡要約] 上ノ町遺跡は小出川東南岸の自然堤防・微高地上に位置し、これまでの調査で古墳時代前期〜奈良・平安時代、中世・近世・近代の遺構・遺物が複数確認されている。古墳時代後期〜平安時代は集落の一画にあたり、本調査では竪穴住居址１基を確認した。全体的に攪乱が及んでいたが、北西カマドをもつ竪穴住居址で、カマドの袖の芯材として使用した土師器甕の年代観が7世紀後半〜8世紀前半頃と想定され、上ノ町遺跡の集落がはじまる時期の住居址である事が明らかになった。また、編み物用錘具と思われる石製品がまとまって住居址の床下から出土しており、錘具が集中して出土した事例は上ノ町遺跡において今回が３事例目となる。中世〜近世は、居館・集落にあたるが、居館を囲む溝の続きを確認した。。
