Note (General): [松崎1遺跡要約] 　松崎1遺跡は印旛沼から流れる新川によって樹枝状に開析された通称松崎谷の最奥部の台地上に立地する。台地の標高は約25ｍ前後で、現水田面との比高は15ｍほどである。遺跡規模は42,912?で、平成５年から14年にかけて断続的に行われた調査の結果、旧石器時代、縄文時代、弥生〜古墳時代、奈良・平安時代、中・近世の遺構が検出された。旧石器時代の立川ローム7・6層では下総型石刃再生技法による硬質頁岩製石器、5層〜4層下部では大型の角錐状石器が出土した。縄文時代では早期の炉穴・土坑24基が、弥生時代末〜古墳時代前期では竪穴住居跡37軒・方墳７基が検出され、多くの遺物が出土している。
