Note (General): [伊篠白幡遺跡要約] 伊篠白幡遺跡は印旛沼に注ぐ江川によって開析された支谷を臨む標高26ｍ〜32ｍの台地上に立地する。旧石器時代は3層から1か所のブロックが検出され、削器､剥片が出土した。またナイフ形石器､尖頭器が単独に出土した。縄文時代は後期、堀之内1式期の集落が検出された。土器は早期から後期までみられるが、堀之内1式がほとんどを占める。古墳時代後期から平安時代に及ぶ集落が検出された。古墳時代後期の竪穴住居は34軒、奈良･平安時代の竪穴住居は54軒である。そのほか、近世の野馬土手･野馬堀が1条調査された。土手は2条が並走し、その間に堀が存在する。調査された4地点のうち、D地点はA･B･C地点とは支谷をはさんで立地する。伊篠白幡遺跡として調査されたが、本来は伊篠越徳遺跡に含まれる地点とみられる。なお調査はA地点の面積が大きく、上記の調査成果もA地点が大部分を占める。
