Note (General): [上り熊遺跡　4地区・5地区要約] 台地先端部に立地する中世を主体とした集落である。集落は、大型建物を中核として大別5期にわたって継続的に形成されており、棟方向や墓の頭位規則、土地を区画した溝などにきわめて組織的統制のとれた集落構成の状況をうかがうことができる。また、複数の鍛冶炉跡を検出し、鍛冶-連操業の痕跡が確認できた。/出土遺物は、中世の土師器・瓦質土器を中心とするが、縄文時代から近世まで多岐にわたる。
