七ノ域遺跡第８地点は市街地に拡がる砂州・砂丘域に所在し、現在確認されている12列の砂州・砂丘列の北側にあたる2b列と3列間の凹地に位置している。本遺跡は国府域の中央北側に位置し、調査が実施された7地点で7世紀～11世紀にかけて多くの遺構・遺物が確認されている。本地点の調査では中世の土坑、土坑墓、溝状...
