Note (General): 坊中遺跡では中世から近世にかけての柱穴1456基を検出し、建物跡44基、柱列56列を認定した。明治時代初期まで存在でしていた医王寺の塔頭の一部と推定される。このほか古墳時代後期の古墳2基を検出した。　神明山遺跡では、弥生時代の方形周溝墓35基を検出した。溝を共有し、連続して築造されていた。このほかに古墳時代前期の墳墓3基、古墳時代後期の円墳1基を検出した。また、調査区南西部で中世のは建物跡・柱列が分布していた。
