Note (General): ・信濃守護小笠原氏の居館跡と伝わる井川城址について、松本市中条保育園（現・井川城保育園）移転改築事業に伴う緊急発掘調査を実施した。調査地は本遺跡の北側、第1・2次調査で北郭外整地面の北部とした箇所である。・調査では15世紀後半までのぼる時期と推定される溝状遺構が確認された。溝状遺構の底部付近からは伏せた状態の漆椀、笹塔婆、斉串、鹿角など、祭祀に関わる遺物や出土状況が見受けられたことから、この溝状遺構では何らかの祭祀が行われた可能性が考えられる。また、調査地の北側で自然流路が確認されたことから、調査地が井川城址の造成地の端部にあたる可能性が考えられる。今回の調査により、井川城址の様相を考えるうえで重要な資料が得られた。
