随縁寺裏Ｂ地点遺跡は、川上川左岸丘陵部の緩傾斜地に位置する散布地である。発掘区西側で確認した掘立柱建物２棟は共に総柱建物であり、14 世紀後葉を下限とする中世の建物であることが判明した。この掘立柱建物２棟は近接しており、主軸が同じであることから、同時期の建物と想定される。遺物は、縄文時代から江戸時代までの幅広い時期の遺物が確認できた。自然流路からは５世紀後葉の坏蓋、佐波理碗写しの無台坏、ハソウ、横瓶などの特徴的な須恵器が出土した。５世紀後葉の須恵器は周辺地域からの出土例が少なく、貴重な資料である。これらの須恵器は擦れていない遺物が大半を占めることから、自然流路に廃棄された可能性がある。また、遺構外出土遺物では、御物石器、底面に墨書がある無台坏などが出土した。
