Note (General)：

国史跡日向洞窟の前庭部西方約150m地点において高畠町が実施した発掘調査による出土資料の研究報告書。遺跡は縄文時代草創期の大規模な石器ブロックと竪穴状遺構などからなる。石器群の資料化と分析の結果、槍先形尖頭器の製作で作出される両面調整剥片を素材とする石器製作システムが存在したことが判明した。
