Note (General): 四條畷市内には、国道や府道をはじめとして多くの生活道路が通じています。それらのなかには国道163号や旧国道170号のように昔からの道を一部利用して造られたものもあります。近年市内も開発が進むにしたがって、新しく道を造ったり既存の道を改修したりしています。それはわたしたちの生活が便利になっていく上で必要なことではありますが、一方では多くの遺跡や昔からの道といったものを破壊していることも事実です。今回の展示では“むらと道"と題した中で、このように年々変わっていく“風景"を振り返るとともに道の成り立ちと遺跡との関係を考えてみたいと思います。
