宅地造成に際し、穂高古墳群C 2 号墳を調査した。C 2 号墳は、推定径約14m の円墳で周溝はなく、全長7.6m、最大幅1.74m の無袖の横穴式石室を有することがわかった。石室と前庭部から、7 世紀後半の須恵器3 点のほか、直刀、鉄鏃が出土した。石室及び墳丘の構築が、黒色土と砂礫土の互層構造によ...
