Note (General): 田子山遺跡は、縄文時代～近世・近代にかけての複合遺跡である。今回報告する第 51 地点からは、縄文時代の土坑 1 基、古墳時代後期の住居跡2軒、平安時代の住居跡3軒・土坑3基などが検出された。縄文時代の土坑からは、混入品と考えられるが、有舌尖頭器1点が出土した。　中野遺跡は、旧石器時代、縄文時代草創～晩期、弥生時代後期、古墳時代後期、奈良・平安時代、中・近世、近代に至る複合遺跡である。今回報告する地点は、第55・57地点である。　第55地点からは、狭小な範囲の中で、弥生時代後期～古墳時代前期の住居跡1軒、近世以降の土坑1基・溝跡2本が検出された。近世以降の土坑は、地下室の形態であったが、主体部の調査については、危険が伴うため、精査はできなった。　第57地点からは、近世の土坑11基・井戸跡1基・ピット101本などが検出された。また、調査区北半部を中心に広い範囲で硬化面が見られたが、これについては、特に宝幢寺関連ないし文殊堂周辺に関わるものと考えられ、硬化面はそうした施設への参拝通路であったものと推測される。
