Note (General): 本報告書はⅠ期区間の内、既刊の『十条台遺跡群Ⅰ・Ⅱ』で未掲載の調査区と、平成30 年度から令和2 年度に実施されたⅡ期区間の調査区および、十条冨士塚地区の報告にあたる。縄文時代：陥し穴土坑が検出された。弥生時代：中期の溝状遺構1 基、後期の竪穴住居跡が11 軒検出された。中世：道路遺構が６条検出され、Ⅱ期区間内では鎌倉街道中ツ道が、現在の都道と並行して南北に延びていることが確認された。中世から近世：十条冨士塚の調査を行った。塚の盛土構造が、築造段階、近世の十条冨士塚への改修、近代以降の改修の大きく３つの段階に分かれることが、盛土断面の堆積状況や出土遺物から判明した。また、当初の塚はこれまで考えられていた古墳ではなく、中世以降に築造された塚であることが分かった。築造時の盛土整地層上から検出された馬骨の科学分析から、築造は中世以降と考えられる。近世：日光御成街道の側溝の延長をⅡ期区間の北側まで検出・確認した。
