Note (General): 令和３年度に長野県安曇野市内で実施した埋蔵文化財保護措置及びこれに伴う試掘・工事立会の結果を掲載した。発掘調査等の総数は全173件で、このうち171件を安曇野市教育委員会が主体となって実施した。なお、この内訳は発掘調査0件、試掘17件、工事立会119件、慎重工事35件である。　試掘調査の結果は、全17件を掲載した。追堀遺跡では、平安時代の遺物包含層から「道」と書かれた墨書土器が出土した。、あた、明科遺跡群明科廃寺では、地表下60cm以深に古代の遺物包含層が残存しており、土師器・須恵器と共に古代の瓦が多量に出土した。穂高古墳群B27号墳では、保存目的の調査を実施した。墳丘の東半分でトレンチ調査を実施、墳丘の規模や構築手順を確認することができた。　この他、遺物が出土した工事立会の成果を1件掲載した。藤塚遺跡では、穂高商業高等学校の擁壁改修に際し、掘削面から弥生中期と考えられる土器小破片が出土した。
