Note (General): 令和 3・4 年度において、以下 3 回の調査を行なった。１　令和 3 年度は大曲輪貝塚史跡範囲内の貝層の範囲確認調査を行なった。縄文時代前期の遺物が主体であるが、晩期にあたる元刈谷式の土器や石冠なども出土している。２　令和 4 年度は大曲輪遺跡に所在する競技場の基礎設置予定箇所部分の緊急発掘調査を行ない、縄文時代の土坑と近世の溝が確認できた。３　令和 3 ～ 4 年度の民間委託調査は、大曲輪遺跡および下内田貝塚の範囲確認調査である。競技場の解体整備に伴うものであり、下内田貝塚も含め、ある程度包含層が残存していることが分かった。
