• Note (General): type:資料; type:Material; 双子の一児を流産した1事例の母親の経験を記述的に明らかにすることを目的とし、研究協力者であるCさんに半構成的な面接を行った。Cさんは妊娠20週にA児を流産、31週にB児を出産した。結果として、Cさんは、〔亡くなったA児への悲しみ〕と〔生きているB児への不安〕という【生と死の同時体験】という特殊な状況を経験していた。しかし、〔健診ではB児のみの話〕だったり、〔もう一人いるからいいじゃない〕と常に【生きているB児だけに注目】が集まり、A児を亡くしたCさんの悲しみは押し込められた。また〔周りに言っちゃいけない〕と固く思い込み、〔A児の母子手帳はたんすの奥〕にしまい、【なかったこと】にしようと振舞った。出産後は育児に追われ、【一時的なA児の忘却】はあったが、自助グループに参加してからは、〔A児のことを語ってもいい〕ことを知り、【仲間との悲嘆作業】で安定していった。それは〔A児とB児の双子関係の再開・存続〕にもつながった。看護として、これらの特殊性を十分に理解してケアにあたることが重要である。; The purpose of this research was to describe the experience of a mother who miscarried a twin. A woman who miscarried at the 20th gestational week and gave birth to the other twin at the 31st week was interviewed. Because of the miscarriage, she was in a special situation where she "experienced both life and death" - "the death of a twin made her sad" while she "worried about the other twin who lives" throughout her pregnancy. But the mother had to suppress her sorrow since "only the twin who is alive was talked about" such that "only the living baby's condition was examined at the regular checkups" and people tried to comfort her by saying "You still have one more baby." She believed that "she should not show her sorrow for her dead child," and pretended that "she did not exist in the first place" by putting away "the medical record on the baby in the closet." The mother was occupied with taking care of the other twin after her birth, and "there was a period when she temporarily forgot about the dead baby." However, she learned at self-support group meetings that "it was OK to talk about her miscarried child," and she became more mentally stable through "the grief work with other mothers with a similar experience." She also started to "reopen the everlasting connection between the dead and living twins." This special experience of the mother who lost one of her twin babies should be helpful to any nurse who takes care of such a woman.; identifier:12; identifier:KJ00004515976
