BCL6遺伝子群とAP-1遺伝子群とは、共に細胞刺激時のごく初期に広範に発現する前初期遺伝子群(Immediate early genes)であり、細胞の分化・増殖・アポトーシス・癌化に極めて重要な働きをする転写因子群であり、実際、これらの遺伝子の異常は様々な細胞系譜において異常を起こすことが知られている。本研究では、造血系におけるBCL6・AP-1遺伝子群の機能とその破綻による腫瘍化及びBCL6・AP-1遺伝子群クロストークを明らかにすることを目的に研究を行っている。
