Note (General): type:研究報告書
冠動脈疾患患者ではアディポネクチンレベルは低下していることを明らかにした。急性心筋梗塞患者において、男性では入院時のアディポネクチンレベルが、女性では入院時と退院時のアディポネクチンの差が独立した予後因子であった。低アディポネクチン血症では冠動脈プラーク内の脂質成分を占める領域が多く、スタチンを投与することにより脂質成分を含むプラーク形成を抑制できることが予想された。細小血管である眼動脈の血流パターンは冠動脈疾患の重症度を反映するものと考えられた。我々の研究結果より大血管から細小・微小血管レベルに至るまで、アディポネクチンとの関連が明確となり、アディポネクチンレベルを上昇させることによる動脈硬化の進展抑制の可能性が示唆された。
