• Note (General): type:学位論文(Thesis); 頭蓋内定位放射線治療では1-2ｍｍの固定精度が要求される。近年、画像誘導放射線治療によって日々の患者位置決め精度とその再現性が飛躍的に向上したため、照射中の固定精度管理が重要となっている。本研究では、照射中の頭部固定精度を担保するために、固定精度を定量的に検証するファントムとReal-Time Intra-Fractional Motion検知装置を開発し、頭部固定マスクと枕の固定精度と頭部圧迫の関係について解析した。
