研究成果の概要（和文）：痙縮やジストニア症例は筋緊張亢進のために代謝機能が亢進していると考え、治療による筋緊張亢進症状の改善が代謝機能にどの程度及ぼすかを呼気ガス分析装置による安静時代謝を計測することにより検討した。安静時代謝を計測した全例で術前安静時代謝は亢進しており、術後は全例低下した。特に痙縮...
