研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究では、マウスとブタの胚盤胞を用いて、凍結乾燥保存を試みた。マウス胚盤胞を用いた検討では、トレハロース添加溶液を用い元に戻す時に多量の等張液を用いることで、凍結乾燥後の胚盤胞の状態が改善されることがわかった。ブタ胚盤胞ではトレハロース添加区を含めいずれの検討区においても、...
